Development Officer

The Development Officer provides skilled and reliable support to the Development Office in managing Raiser’s Edge, Holston Home’s donor database, and provides administrative support to the Development Department. The Development Officer maintains assigned donor records, event records, files, and databases for the Development Office. He/she will participate in planning development activities and assure smooth, efficient functioning of the Development Office.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree with one year of experience with database software management, Raiser's Edge preferred; proficient with computers, software, website management; excellent organizational, project management and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; maintain strict confidentiality; self-directed and able to respond accurately and timely.
